Body Kit with Pad Moulding

Body kits rubber seal / Body Kit Rubber Lining / Pad Moulding

Rubber linings are seals to cover gap between the body kit and car body of a vehicle and also an external ornamental component that can give the vehicle a nice look. Main material is TPV, TPO and PVC, which can be extruded into profile of various shapes and sizes.

Chrome Moulding Trim Strip for Automotive and Furniture

Chrome moulding trim strip is mainly made of durable soft chrome laminated PVC material, and great for furniture and interior & exterior decorating of car, likes body side moulding, bumper & etc.

Moulding Windshield

Surround the windshield glass and keep in place, and prevent air, water, dust and noise from entering insides of vehicle cabin. Single extrusion and co-extrusions extruded gasket are also available. Co-extrusions are extrusions made from two different materials.Main material is Thermoplastic Vulcanizates (TPVs) and PVC, which can be extruded into profile of various shapes and sizes.

Building Door and Window Seals

Door and window seal strip is mainly used in plastic steel doors and windows, aluminum alloy doors and windows, wooden doors and windows and other building windows and doors. Its major role is dust prevention, insect prevention, water resistance, sound insulation, sealing and so on. Main material is Thermoplastic Vulcanizates (TPVs) and PVC, which can be extruded into profile of various shapes and sizes.

Custom Profile Extrusion

The industries that MT-Plas manufactures plastic extrusion for include automotive, building and construction, furniture, tubing, advertising industries and so on. They come in a range of colours and plastic types, from PVC, TPO (Thermoplastic Olefin), TPV (Thermoplastic Vulcanizates) as well as Santoprene, if it’s specifically required. Co-extrusions extruded gasket are also available. Co-extrusions are extrusions made from two different materials.
